Rules & Policies

Regular room rates are $135.00 per night for any occupancy in Rooms 1811 and 1821, and $145.00 per night for Suite 1913.  Rates include self serve breakfast and all taxes. Please contact us for more details.

We do not allow pets at the Mill – Sorry!

There is NO SMOKING in the Mill or anywhere on the grounds, including the deck.  If smoking has occurred in any room or on the grounds, a minimum fee of $200 will be added to the guest’s bill.

Check-In and Check-Out

» Check-in time is 3:00 pm unless other arrangements have been made.
» Check-out time is 11:00 am.

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).

Reservation Policy

A deposit of $50 is due upon booking. The deposit is non-refundable after 7 days prior to the first date of your reservation. Smoking is not permitted on the premises (including deck).

To check availability and get more details about placing a reservation, please visit our Reservations page. Please note that requesting the availability of a room DOES NOT automatically reserve the room.  You will receive a reply letting you know if the room you requested (or any other room) is available.  A reservation is not booked until you receive a confirmation by email or phone.
